His excellency M. Moussa SAMPIL, Head of Service/ Director of Criminal Records, of The Republic of Guinea, has officially inaugurated the Judicial Record Management System, along with the Security Clearance Credentials, in Conakry.

With this important implementation, citizens of the Republic of Guinea shall have full assurance that their security clearance credential shall enable them to apply for employment, travel documents and have access to government services and financial services with ease and confidence.

The Business Travellers Centre (BTC) at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport was officially launched by His Honourable YB Dato’ Seri Mohamed Azmin Bin Ali, Senior Minister, Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI) this day.

The Senior Minister told representatives that “This initiative is driven by the catch phrase: “Welcoming Investors, Keeping You Safe” … not only ensures that the nation remains on the path of economic recovery but is also firmly aligned with Malaysia’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic.”

The BTC will facilitate short term business travellers under the One Stop Centre initiative.  Business travellers will be provided  monitored access to the country without the need for quarantine.

officially launch, the République de Guinée ECOWAS compliant, Biometric Identity Smartcard and System

With the Biometric Identity Card, the government can promote national inclusivity, whereby general public will be able to access government welfare, subsidies, and other general services.  Apart from that, the ECOWAS compliant Biometric Identity card will allow free movement of Guineans, their goods and services within West Africa.

Dhaka, Bangladesh

Her Honourable Madam Sheikh Hasina, the Prime Minister of Bangladesh, inaugurating the official launch of an e-passport facility for its citizens on January 22, 2020, a gift to the country in Mujib centenary year.

With the launch, Bangladesh has become the first country in the South-Asia region to provide an e-passport facility to its citizens. 

The e-Passport shall gradually roll out to all 69 passports offices in 64 districts and 33 immigration check-posts, along with 75 passports and visa wings at missions abroad.
